To help you do this, we will provide estate sale consultation, prepare your home and price items selected for liquidation, and offer packing service for items not sold. After the estate sale takes place, Wix Estate Sales will finish their services by leaving your home broom clean, ready for the market or for you to relocate.

We will work with your Probate Attorney or Real Estate Agent, handing out flyers about the property to our 200-400 customers to help you sell the house too!
We are experienced in working with Executors, Conservators, trustees, administrators, attorneys, Real Estate agents, as well as people looking to liquidate an estate, or moving out of the area. We handle business liquidation, foreclosure situations, bankruptcy liquidation, deaths, divorces, down sizing and more!
We are also the only Company in the area that offers a complete inventory of all items sold, via our software program. After the sale is over, we simply push a button and the entire 1-3 day sale is populated for you and your family.
